Pro-Bono & Volunteer

Devote your time to NYC’s children

The Children’s Law Center (CLC) partners with law firms, attorneys, and other community advocates to provide pro-bono legal representation and volunteer support toward our mission of giving children a say in legal matters impacting their lives.

If you are a private attorney, law student or skilled professional, you can give your time to help children facing Family Court across the boroughs of our city. As a volunteer you might:

  • Represent children in Family Court
  • Work with our appellate and legal research teams
  • Assist in community outreach

We will provide you with training and support along the way.

  • Child Protection & Domestic Violence cases
  • Appellate work & Amicus Briefs
