Emmanuel Onyeukwu 

Emmanuel is a Vice President and Private Wealth Advisor at Goldman Sachs. He joined the firm in 2016 in the Compliance Division where he provided regulatory risk mitigation coverage for the Urban Investment Group and served as a key administrator of the firm’s Global Compliance Risk Assessment 

program. In addition to his responsibilities, he helped to create and implement the regulatory risk framework for GS Select, a securities-based line of credit business at Goldman Sachs. 

Currently, Emmanuel co-leads a Private Wealth advisory team working with clients on various topics including factor-based portfolio construction, pre/post business sale transaction planning including trust & estate advisory, alternative investments, financing solutions and structured strategies. 

Emmanuel is a member of the board at the Children’s Law Center, a nonprofit organization focused on providing pro bono legal advocacy services to children across the United States, where he serves on the Finance & Development committees. He graduated as a TAES Scholar from The University of Maryland with a BA (High Honors) in Government and Politics.
